Wedding Weight Loss

Wedding Weight Loss
By Ingrid Palmer

Hey, would you love to shed those unwanted lbs for your upcoming wedding. Are you worried about how you will look in that fabulous dress you have been dying to purchase, however you need to lose some weight for it to fit perfectly.

Have you tried just about every diet out there and still cannot seem to achieve your weight loss goal. I know exactly what you are talking about. Those prepackaged diets just don't cut it. Those "lose weight while you sleep diets", definitely don't work.

I know it can be a very daunting task just trying to lose weight, especially when you have a special event coming up. Remember you have to give yourself several months to lose the weight, because it takes time to really lose weight especially if you want to keep it off. Keeping it off is the tricky part. You have to learn to maintain you new weight by maintaining your new healthy eating habit.

In order to achieve excellent weight loss you have to first know your Body Mass Index (BMI). Your BMI is what will help you to determine how much weight you need to lose depending on your height.

As mentioned before the more weight you have to lose the earlier you should start on your lifestyle change. Make sure you plan your meals on a weekly basis making it easier for you to prepare your meals daily.

Go grocery shopping with a list in hand so you know exactly what you need to purchase, Remember lots of green leafy vegetables, you can also incorporate items such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, string beans, etc. to eat with whatever meat you plan to have. Also lots of fruits each day.

Start your day off with breakfast. Never skip breakfast, if you do this will cause you to want to snack throughout the morning. Having breakfast will also help to boost your metabolism which will in turn help you to lose excess fat.

And don't forget to take your daily walk either early in the mornings or in the evenings after you have had you dinner. Take leisurely walks which will supercharge your weight loss.

I know that planning a wedding can be very stressful, so you will have to be very focused and not let yourself get caught up in the excess anxiety eating. Remember your plans for that sexy wedding dress and those hot honeymoon negligee. Just keep that picture posted in your mind and I am sure you will want to stay on track.

The path you take to lose this weight should be one sensible and safe enough for you to continue after your wedding and into your new life. Healthy eating and exercise should now become a part of you and your family's life. Remember this is a lifestyle change that will stick with you for the rest of your life, so you also want to make it enjoyable.

So take your time and plan a sensible diet and exercise program that will take you on your journey to becoming a sexier, healthier more active you.

Good luck on your weight loss journey and I hope your wedding day is beautiful and memorable. I also hope you have a great marriage that last a lifetime. Good luck!

Hey there Ingrid. I'm not getting married anytime soon, but I do know what's it's like to want to lose weight before a big event. You definitely want to give yourself enough time. Whether you want to lose 5 to 10 lbs or 20 to 30 lbs, people should remember that eating healthy and regular exercise is key.

Btw, what do you think of herbal supplements? There are some called Appuloss Diet. Have you heard of them? They're supposed to help in fat oxidation, stimulate thermogenesis, and influence body weight and composition.

I work for the company that makes these herbal supplements, Stacker 2, and I hope you don't mind that I came by and told you about them.

If you have any quetions, feel free to email me.

Btw, if you want to know more about Appuloss Diet, check out their website: http://www.stacker2.com

Have a great day!
